‘Talk Is Cheap…We’re Not Going Into Government To Experiment’ — Gbadamosi To Agbaje

Babatunde Gbadamosi, governorship candidate for the Action Democratic Party, has said all his opponent, Jimi Agbaje of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has is words and no action.

Agbaje had described show business as a huge revenue earner and employer of labour, particularly for the youths.

The governorship aspirant said Lagos will return as home of entertainment if elected.

Gbadamosi criticised the PDP candidate stance saying “talk is cheap” and dismissing it as mere propaganda that carries no weight.

In response to Agbaje via his Facebook page, the ADP candidate said, “For over 8 years now, my personal project, Amen Estate, has been the entertainment capital of Lagos State, hosting more productions than any other location in Nigeria annually.

“When I say I want to make entertainment one of the pillars of the economy of Lagos State, I am speaking from a background of a wealth of experience of providing services to and assisting the entertainment industry directly.

“We’re not going into government to experiment or form impotent committees. We already know what needs to be done and exactly how to do it.”
